    Left the skins on, so when the tasty yolk explodes out it gets all over the skin instead of an onion layer…

    Peal the damn onions, let the yolk cook just a bit, grate your f’ing truffles, serve that onion ON the bread like it’s the main course that it is! only then shall we mop up the remains with the bread.
